New sushi kitchen opened in Hotell Arkipelag in Mariehamn.
We are looking for a hard-working and motivated Sushi cook to join our team.
You need to have relevant cooking education or previous experience as a Asian/Sushi cook (at least one year), and you want to develop your skills even further. We teach you our in-house methods of making sushi. If you are able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, manage time efficiently and have physical endurance with a smile, please apply now! The work includes the chef's versatile tasks, which include e.g. preparations, preparation of portions and cleaning of the kitchen.
You must have experience from Asian kitchen / cooking.
You must be able to work independently and be very nice with colleagues and customers.
Tasks are common tasks in a café / restaurant, a lot of cleaning, making sushi, preparing ingredients, preparing fish from scratch, following inventories, packing sushi in ready boxes.
Able to work in the morning shift.
A brisk and proactive approach.
Flexibility and pressure resistance.
Ability to work independently and teamwork skills.
Uncompromising professional pride for high quality.
At least one year's experience in cooking or making sushi.
Must speak Vietnamese or English very well.
Driving licence is an advantage.
Swedish language is an advantage.
Fulltime contract (120 h / 3 weeks)
