Tasks/areas of responsibility:
- Development of the menu in collaboration with the Head Chef.
- Quality assurance of product.
- Inventory control/stock counting. Product order.
- HACCP.
Deputy head chef Characteristics:
- You have a certificate as a chef and relevant experience from similar positions in the industry.
- You speak and write in English.
- Service minded. Independent. Solution oriented. Flexible. Having high demands on yourself and those around you. Likes a hectic and pulsating working day. Clear and confident in your role. Team player.
