About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience who is curious and passionate about programming. You are happy to take your own initiatives and easy to collaborate with. What You'll Do

You will be part of Land & Ship's highly skilled tech team consisting of five developers. The team processes all data coming from physical slots and amusement games on its way to internal and external stakeholders.

You are involved in the entire development process, from requirement specification, creation of stories, development, testing and release. As a software engineer, you are expected to understand the platform so well, you can recommend necessary changes in architecture and understand its impact in the long term.

The technologies and concepts used in this role include:

Java

AWS (including ECS Fargate and various serverless offerings) Microservices Event-based systems Infrastructure-as-code DevOps Kafka, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Vue.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Data lakes

Other technologies that are also used in the team that are a bonus if you know include:

The recruitment process will include a programming test. If you want to show projects that you have done in previous work or in your spare time, this is also welcome in your application.
