The role

As a Senior Java Developer at Paf, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our business forward. You will lead the design and development of engaging user interfaces for our backend applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Qualifications:

Good experience with the base in Java

We think that you recognize yourself in most of the following points

Spring Boot

AWS

PostgreSQL

Kafka or other Message Queues

Micro Service Architecture

Continuous Integration

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance

Take initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, specialists, designers, and developers, to understand project objectives and deliver effective software solutions.

Contribute to backend development tasks, including API integration and data management, to create end-to-end solutions.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable codebases.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions to enhance software performance and reliability.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to meet evolving business needs
