We are looking for you who want to be part of driving our customer journey in boat and marine insurance, and are therefore now looking for a Customer Journey Expert.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include analysis of customer needs and behaviours, a responsibility to drive the development of the digital customer journey and to make sure the customer journey delivers according to our set strategic objectives.
TASKS
- Design the customer journey for our operations in the Nordics with a focus on the digital customer experience.
- Have a holistic view of all steps in the customer journey and work to integrate the customer experience into all processes and interactions between the customer and our business
- Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis initiatives.
- Require development of the customer journey
- Drive development of concepts and prototypes
- External monitoring
- Close collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders, process developers and other specialists.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
We assume that you are experienced in balancing customer benefit and business value. Your experience in communication allows you to facilitate workshops as well as give trainings and presentations. You move effortlessly between traditional project work and more agile methods - with focus on delivery.
You have previous experience of customer processes and delivery of customer-focused initiatives as well as measurement and follow-up of customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED
You are driven by the challenge of solving complex problems where information might be limited, and working towards a clear delivery strategy often require you to constantly find and implement new insights. You are also challenged by the fact that your role involves variety and requires you to personally find practical solutions to problem solving, while simultaneously helping others move forward.
You will drive strategic initiatives from planning stage to execution. You will operate in an expanding organization and evolving position with a high demand of commitment and drive. You are self-Emotivated and able to execute tasks at an early stage while considering many unknown factors.
